Happy Weekend! Michelle here today share Anything BUT A Card…and I decided to go for a scrapbook layout!

I’m not a seasoned scrapper, so I’m not sure how this post is going to go, so go easy on me! *wink!*

Happy haunting!
Hi, everyone! Kelli here today with a Halloween card to share with you! I used the adorable Whiff of Joy – 3? Ghosts stamp and stamped it in Memento – Tuxedo Black Ink. I think this stamp is actually really funny, lol.
On the front of this stamp packaging there’s a colored image and just the blank image, so I used the colored one as a guide for all the shadows on the ghosts. The coloring doesn’t show up as dark in the photos as it does in person.
I colored everything with Copics:
ghosts: C3, C1, N0, 0
eye holes: C9, C7, C5, C3
skin: E02, E00
pumpkin pails and candy: YR18, YR16, YR15, G05, V15, R24
jeans: B39, B37, B34
shoes: C7, C5, C3
grass: YG23, YG21
sky: B0000
All of the patterned paper that I used is from the Doodlebug – Haunted Manor 6×6 paper pad. I’m seriously in love with this pad. It’s so cute and I love the colors!
I finished everything off with a little sentiment banner and some faux gel pen stitch lines along the top.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day! 🙂
Decorative Frame
Hello!! Tracy here today for 3-D thursday. I have a good friend of mine who loves to bike ride. It has become her thing. So when Stamping Bella came out with Uptown Girl Flora with her Bicycle I just knew I had to have it. Best part was my friend happens to love when I use the Uptown Girls, she loves the leggy-ness of them and how tall and thin they are (like her). This was a no brainer for me.
I didn’t want to make just an ordinary card out of it, so I decided to make it into something framed she could use as a decorative piece on a table or nightstand in her home or office.
The sentiment that comes with it would not work with the space that I had. So I choose to create the same qoute via my computer. I printed it onto my copic paper and then stamped my image. You might want to lay the frames matte over your paper and make a light pencil marking on it so that you know where to stamp your image as she is rather large.
I colored my image with Copic Markers. Framed it in a square frame that I picked up at my local craft store. I was so happy to go over to my friends house and saw it hanging on one of her main walls! ;-))
The copic colors used are:
Hair: E21, E23, E25, E29
Yellow: Y00, Y11, Y15, E33
Red: R31,R32, R35, R37
Bike: BG70, BG72, W2, W4
Ground: Prisma color pencils
Sky: Prisma color pencils
Thanks for looking and have a great week!
A Little Christmas Creation with Bling!
Hi ya everyone, Melissa here today to share a very simple Christmas card I created using some fabulous products from MarkerPop.
I love mixing and matching my stamp sets. The tree is from the clear Lawn Fawn set called Critter’s in the Forest. There are a ton of adorable images with this set, but I thought for a simple Christmas card the tree would work perfectly. I also chose the sentiment from the new Some Odd Girl clear stamp set called Angel Gwyn.
I used my Copic markers and the gorgeous paper pad from Simple Stories called Harvest Lane.
I used simple brush strokes to color the tree so it would look textured. Adding darker colors to the underside of the tree divisions. I then added a number of adorable crystals from Prima Say it in Crystals sets. I added a large yellow one to top the Christmas tree.
I hope you enjoyed today’s simple Christmas card. Don’t forget to join our fun challenge: Oldies but Goodies!
