THE CHALLENGE: Anything Goes
Just use your Copics or ShinHan markers on a project!
You may play along with other challenges, but excessive challenge pile-ons (more than 10) will result in disqualification for our amazing prize. As always, have fun creating!
THE PRIZE: Sponsored by AVERY ELLE! – Good Fortune Stamp Set
One entry will be chosen at random to receive our prize. Three additional entries will be chosen for the Top 3 based on their amazing coloring skills. The prize winner and top three can all proudly post their brag buttons on their blogs for the world to see!
Entries are due by Sunday, October 20th 2013 at noon EST. Winner will have TWO weeks to claim their prize.
We are continuing our comments contest as well. Leave a comment on one or more blog posts between now and when our challenge winners are announced for a chance to win a $10 gift certificate!
Now, here’s Michelle to share her project with you!
Hello! It’s Michelle again….and today I’m sharing a fun card using Lawn Fawn’s set Trick or Treat!
I paired up the sweet little images with Simple Stories collection; Take a Hike. Remember to look at just the color scheme of your various paper collections sometimes…this set is not a Halloween paper collection, but it sure looks like it from the papers I chose!
I paper pieced the candy corn with coordinating patterns in the set. I colored the bat with Copic Markers W7 and W5.
My tip for today….let the paper speak to you! I saw the dots and used them as a guide to add a fun touch of paper embroidery to this card. It’s a quick easy and inexpensive way to add a lot of pop to a card!
We can’t wait to see what you come up with for this ‘Anything’ challenge! 🙂
