Hi Crafters! It’s Valerie here today, and my post is for MarkerPop‘s 65th Challenge: Easter; wow, I can’t believe Easter is around the corner already!
For this sweet, adorable Easter card, I used the Paper Smooches Spring Fling stamp set; I don’t have the matching dies (gosh, I really wish I did) so I hand cut all the images out. But the matching die set would be WONDERFUL to have!
I used these Lawn Fawn products:
- Small Stitched Square Stackables Dies
- Grassy Border Die
- Stitched Scalloped Border Die
- Let’s Polka Mon Amie 6×6 Paper Pad
The images are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto X-Press IT Blending Card Paper, and colored with Copic Sketch markers:
- Chick: Y13, Y15, Y17 / B0000 / YR04
- Egg: BG000, BG01 / Y00, Y02 / RV000, RV00 / YG11, YG13
- Bunny: W00, W01 / RV13
- Carrot: YR04, YR07, YR09 / G21, G24, G28
- Bee: Y35, Y38 / B0000
- Butterfly: R81, R83, R85 / T4
- Ladybug: R24, R27 / C3, C5, C6
The sequins are Pretty Pink Posh: 4mm cupped Sparkling Clear, and the flowers are an assortment they used to carry.
I added Glossy Accents in various places, and Zig Clear Wink of Stella glitter ink. The white accent doodles are from my White Uni-Ball Gel Pen.
We can’t wait to see your Easter cards entered in the Challenge!
Have a great week, and Happy Crafting!
