Hi, Crafters! It’s Valerie today, and I have a card for the Anything Goes Challenge using Paper Smooches!

I have 4 wonderful “little” brothers: the 3 youngest and I have the same mom, but different dads; their dad is full blown Irish, so I have a St. Patricks Day card to send them (I created 3 different versions of this)! I had a blast creating this card using old AND new PS products:

The rainbow die I used we do not carry in the MP store anymore, so Lawn Fawn’s Rainbow die would work just as nicely (and a pack of rainbow glitter paper!). And I used Mama Elephant’s Grassy Trio die set for the grass.

The images are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press IT paper, and colored with Copic Sketch markers (colors listed at the end). I stamped the gold pot with MFT’s new Pineapple Pigment ink.

In the next image, you can see how I die cut the rainbow shape out of the card base, and then glued the rainbow color pieces into the open space, to keep it all flush. It looks so nice in person (very clean).

Isn’t Mr. Leprechaun just the cutest? I also colored him with red hair; that turned out reaaly nice.

Paper Smooches stamps & dies, Copics {ValByDesign, 2016}The Copic colors I used are:

  • Skin: E000, E00, E11 / R20
  • Hair: C00, C01, C03
  • Greens on leprechan: G12, G14, G16
  • Yellows on leprechan: Y13, Y15, Y17
  • Blacks for buildings: C5, C7, C9
  • Grass for city scene: G20
  • Four-leaf clover: G24, G28

Thanks for stopping by today; have a wonderful day and a great week!
