OK, I’ll be completely honest, I did this card at the last minute on Sunday night (it was a totally insane weekend for me!), and I enjoyed every single second of making this little guy! The MFT products I am working with for this one, are so incredibly PRECIOUS!! 

I loved making my 6 little Valentines using the MFT Mini Note die set  last weekend so much, that I wanted to use it again! So I did, and created a sweet little Valentine for today using the new Ewe Are The Best stamp set and coordinating die set . Here is the front:

It’s so little, and ADORABLE!! The cloud in the upper left corner is from the great new MFT Puffy Clouds die set. And the patterned papers are from the MFT 6×6 Homespun Gingham paper pad.

I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press It paper and colored them with Copics. I added Zig Clear Wink of Stella to the heart and the Dutch Windmill’s sails.

Hi crafters!! Valentines is right around the corner and who will be mine?!!  Today I am sharing a cute card I am giving to my best boy just to brighten his day.  I think I will put it in his lunch box so when he goes to work and opens his lunch wham… lol  I used My Favorite Things “Subtle Plaids” paper and the new release Pure Innocence I Heart You stamp

I actually stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink  and used the Copic Alcohol marker pad this time.  Pure Innocence is colored with Copic markers and I used Crafter’s Companion Double Sided Adhesive   to adhere the card together.  I also used some Bazzill Classic Smooth cardstock in white for the card base.

Valentines Season is right around the corner, and who remembers the fun little Valentines we would trade with our classmates in school?! Today I’m featuring some of these handmade little Valentines we all remember so well!

I started by using the new Doodlebug 6×6 Sweet Things paper pad and the new My Favorite Things (MFT) Mini Note die set, and I cut all the bases. Then I used the smallest die from the MFT Cross-Stitch Rectangle STAX die set and I die-cut the pieces for the front of the cards, and stamped the sentiments with VersaFine Onyx Black.

Here are the backs of the cards. So cute!

All the images on the insides, and sentiments on the insides, backs & fronts of cards, are all from the MFT All Heart stamp set.

I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press IT paper, and colored then with Copic Sketch markers. Then I die cut them with MFT’s coordinating All Heart die set.

The final touch was adding all the new gorgeous Doodlebug Jewels: Lily White, Cupcake, Bubblegum, and Ladybug.

The Copic colors I used are as follows:

• Cup: BG11, BG15, BG18 / RV52, RV55
• Umbrella: R22, R14, R24, R27/ BG10, BG11, BG15 / T4, T6 / RV55
• Small Diamond: B00 / B04 / BG01
• Big Diamond: B000, B00 / B01, B04, B05 / BG00, BG01, BG02
• Clock: RV52, RV63, RV55 / T0, T2 / BG11, BG15 / T4
• Lovebirds: W00, W01 / YR18 / Branch: E13, E15, E17 / G14, G16 / R24

What a fun idea these cards are! And they would be so fun for KIDS to make for their classmates, too!

Hi Crafters! It’s Valerie here; it’s time for another Challenge, and the theme this week is Critters!

I pulled out all kinds of My Favorite Things (MFT) goodies for this one (oh how I wish I had the new January Release yummies, tho!).

All the critters (and the bottom part of the sentiment) come from the The Whole Herd stamp set and coordinating die set. The “Happy” and “Birthday” labels come from the Label Maker Sentiments stamp set and coordinating die set (and check out the January Release Label Maker LOVE stamp set to coordinate with the dies!).

The scalloped frame is die cut from the Pretty Pink Posh Scallop Frames die set. All the patterned papers come from the MFT 6×6 Dots & Stripes Neutral paper pad.

And the perfect final touch was Pretty Pink Posh sequins: 4mm Clear Droplets, 6mm Clear Droplets, and Gold Stars Confetti.
