Squidgies!!!

Written by Holly Endress. Posted in Eye Candy (Projects)

Happy Tuesday everyone… It’s Holly here today with a new Video on this Cute card featuring the Tropical Squidgies set from Stampingbella.

I die cut a piece of Doodlebug Fun in the Sun paper using the MFT Blueprints #15. Then I adhered the piece to a top folding A2 size Turquoise card. I stamped each of the images from the Tropical Squidgies set onto some X-Press it Blending cardstock using Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink. Then I colored each of the images with Copics in the following colors:

Skin: E000, E01, E11, E71 & E93 Coconut Girl Hair: E42, E44 & E47 Pineapple Girl Hair: E44, E42 & YR31 Pineapple Top: YG93, YG95, YG97 & YG23 Flower, Sunglasses and Flip Flops : RV14 & RV17 Sunglasses and Flip Flops: BG11 & BG23 Coconut: YR24, E35 & E37 Pineapple: YR21, YR23 & YR24 Center of Sunglasses:C6, C4 & C2 Ground: W0, W2 & W4 Sky: BG0000 & BG000

I die cut the large and small Polaroid shapes from the Mamma Elephant Polaroid Fun set from some additional coordinating Pattern papers and then I added the colored image behind them and adhered them to the card front. I stamped the sentiment onto some Neenah Solar White cardstock and then I trimmed each of the words out and used them along the bottom of the cards. I added some Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen in Clear to parts of the images.

Happy Mother’s Day

Written by Valerie Ward. Posted in Eye Candy (Projects)

I am SOOO happy I ordered this set from MarkerPop, the Lawn Fawn Fab Flowers stamp & die set! It is just SO pretty, and incredibly easy to work with; plus, look at the results! This card is also using the new & great-to-have-on-hand Lawn Fawn Happy Happy Happy stamp set, and the fun coordinating die set.

ALL the inks used on this project are Lawn Fawndamental inks; they stamp perfectly, with such rich, crisp, bright color. You can see in the Supply List below all the colors I used.

The dies used to get that fun zig-zag edge are Lawn Fawn’s STAX Zig Zag Square Stackables. I mounted each finished piece onto a square cut that was done with Lawn Fawn’s STAX Large Stitched Square Stackables.

My finishing touches were adding a few Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Cupped 3mm sequins, and painting Zig Clear Wink of Stella on the butterfly.

What a fun, carefree card to make. I highly suggest it to anyone wanting some light crafting with a beautiful result!

Wishing you the Best day ever!

Happy Saturday everyone.. It’s Holly here today and before I get to my project I wanted to let you know there are just a few days left to enter our Copic Marker Birthday Celebration Giveaway. The contest will end on April 4th and we will announce the winners on April 13th. You can find all the details in this post here.

My project today uses products from Avery Elle and My Favorite Things.

I started out by stamping the MFT Watercolor Stripes background onto a piece of Neenah Solar White using Peacock Ink from Lawn Fawn. Then I used the Large Rectangle from the MFT Blueprints 15 die-namics set and a circle from the Inside/ Out Stitched Circles Stax from MFT. I adhered the panel to a White top folding card base using some foam adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment onto a banner die cut using the Pierced Banner Layers die set from Avery Elle using Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink. I also stamped the images from the Avery Elle Pegasus Duo stamp set using the same ink onto some X-Press it Blending Card stock. I colored them in with the following Copic Markers:

BG45, BG49, B0000, B000,B00,Y11,Y13, Y15, Y21, Y26, R000, R00, C0, C2, C4, C6, C8 & 0

I adhered the pegasus and they other images with some foam and tape adhesive. Then I added some Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen in Clear to parts of the images. For some extra Sparkle I added some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Mixed sequins.

You can see how I created this card in the video below.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Translation: Happy Easter!

Written by Valerie Ward. Posted in Eye Candy (Projects)

Hi MarkerPop Peeps! It’s Valerie here today, and with Easter quickly approaching, I’m mixing old and new (well, “newER” anyway) Lawn Fawn products today for a sweet and fun Easter card!

The adorable chicks and all their sweet accessories com from Lawn Fawn’s Chirpy Chirp Chirp set that was released in February of 2016 (seems like just yesterday!). I stamped them with Lawn Fawndamentals Black Licorice ink onto X-Press Ink paper, and colored them with my Copic Sketch markers.

All the adorable die cut pieces are all Lawn Fawn Cut Sets.  Here are the sets I used and for which pieces:

All of the solid colors are actually white paper colored with Lawn Fawndamentals inks and a couple Distress inks; you can see all the specific ones I used in the Supply List below.

Thank you for stopping by, and have a GREAT day!
