Hi crafters!  Today I am sharing a card featuring a new release from C.C. Designs “Little Pixie Star“.  She is stamped on on X-Press IT blending paper and for a nice strong adhesive I used Crafter Companion Double Sided Adhesive.

I colored Miss Pixie with Copic pens: E000, E00, E11, R56 for her skin.  Her outfit is in: R12, R14, R17, B21, B23, B24 and B29 with a touch of C1.

If your looking for way to store all your stamps, I used some Stamp & Die Storage Pockets (Avery Elle)   they work wonderfully.  I hope everyone enjoyed my post and thanks so much for stopping by everyone!! Please don’t forget to check our challenges and you could be the next MarkerPOP winner!

Family Canvas

Written by Monica Edwards. Posted in 3D, Anything But a Card

Hi crafters!  How was everyone’s Memorial Day?!! Beautiful I hope nothing more important than remembering those who fought to give us what we have today!!  Today I am doing something totally different and I made a stamped canvas piece using Altenew’s  Peony Bouquet and it is colored using Tim Holtz Distress inks and reinkers.  If your using the reinkers I use the Tim Holtz ink palette to add all the color varieties.

I painted my 5×7 canvas with the Tim Holtz collage medium in matte to give it a nice even coverage sometimes the canvases you buy has areas that are not covered well.  I then stamped my gorgeous flowers using Memento Tuxed0 black ink  on my Apple Pie Memories stamping blocks to put the stamp and all of us stampers now a block is a must have right?!!

mixed media

To do the painting I used  Ranger Artist Brushes and also I used some Derwent Watercolor Brush Fine Tip watercolor brushes to get everything all blended together. 2016-05-30

I hope everyone has enjoyed my canvas piece and be sure to check out all the new goodies in store!

Hi crafters.  I used the Echo Park Creative Agenda paper pack along with Lawn Fawn Mom + Me stamp set & the die set.  To create the front window of the card I used the Pretty Pink Posh  Stitched Duo 3 die.

Lawn Fawn

I stamped the image (using my MISTI Laser Etched Stamp tool) with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto X-Press IT. I colored the images with Copics. I also used my Ken Oliver The Best Ever Craft Mat.

Kids Cards

To create the cards I used some Neenah Paper Premium in Solar white as the card base, and adhered the pieces together with my Tombow Mono Glue. I stamped the tree stump and the sentiment using VersaFine Onyx Black ink.

I hope everyone enjoyed my post and thanks so much for stopping by everyone!!

MarkerPOP

Hi crafters!! The summer is definitely here in Florida and it feels great.  The birds are chriping, the sun is shining and this stamp set from WPlus9 says it all “Happy Birds” and the matching WPlus9 Happy Birds dies make it that much easier to use to create fun cards perfect for any occasion!

MarkerPOP Simply Monica Wplus9 stamp set

I stamped them using my MISTI Laser Etched Stamp tool  my first on  Ken Oliver The Best Ever Craft Mat  and uh hello how did I ever get along without one for so long?! I have no clue, and I must say I absolutely love love it!  I am kicking myself for not getting one sooner!  I applied VersaFine Black ink   on X-Press IT blending paper.  To create the cards I used some Neenah Paper Premium in Solar white as the card base with some Lawn Fawn black cardstock  to bring out the blue in the patterned paper.  To adhere the card together I used Tombow Mono Glue   and to piece my Happy Birds I used X-Press IT glue pen.

Wplus9 Happy Birds

These lovely birds were colored with Copic pens: Bottom Happy Bird “B91, B93, B95, RV11, RV12, RV14” Top Happy Bird “RV02, RV04, RV06, B00, B02, B04, Y08”.
