Hello honey!
Hi, everyone! Kelli here today with another Valentine’s Day card to share with you!
First, this post is also going to be a ‘goodbye’. This is my last post as part of the MarkerPOP! design team. I’m going to miss being on this absolutely amazing team with this group of wonderful ladies. Valerie has done an awesome job taking over the role as DT leader! I can’t wait to see what the team does in the future and will be checking back often!
Now, onto the project!
All the stamping was done using the Paper Smooches – Bee Mine stamp set. I stamped the two bees in Memento – Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press It – Blending Paper and colored them with Copics:
bodies – Y35, Y15, Y11
wings – B000, B0000
I cut out the bees and heart using the coordinating Paper Smooches – Bee Mine die set.
All the patterned paper is from the Avery Elle – The Everyday 6×6 paper pad. The blue background was cut out using a die from the Lawn Fawn – Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables die set. The green grass was cut out using the Lawn Fawn – Hillside Borders die set.
The card base is a Lawn Fawn – Butternut Woodgrain Notecard. Everything was adhered using the Crafter’s Companion – Adhesive Runner and dimensional foam adhesive.
To finish everything off I added some Wink of Stella – Glitter Pen in Clear to the bees’ wings and heart.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day! 🙂
