- Make card from card-stock.
- Cut kraft card-stock slightly smaller then card base.
- Stamp and color all images.
- Using gel pen create dots and fun smiley faces.
- Cut stripes of white card-stock and adhere to card using foam adhesives.
- Die cut tag and stamp sentiment.
- Using string or twine wrap around strips and tang tag.
