Hello You ~ One Card 3 Ways
Hi Crafters! Valerie here today, and I made my card for today’s post in three different forms: in Simple form, a 2nd way with a Little More added, or a 3rd way with an Extra Final Touch. I love all 3 versions, so which one you’d pick would just depend on how much work you want to do (or time to spend)!
These cards are mostly Lawn Fawn today:
- Flirty Frames Stamp Set and matching Die Set
- Critters in the Jungle Stamp Set
- Scripty Sayings Stamp Set
- Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables Die Set
- Let’s Polka, Mon Amie 6″x6″ Paper Pack
- Navy Notecards
- Black Licorice Ink Pad (to stamp the sentiment)
The first version of my card is very clean & simple, and works perfectly whether you don’t have the time to make a more detailed card, or if you just prefer a more clean card:
For the second version, I did some more stamping and coloring of the cute, little images (the flowers and bananas) from the Critters in the Jungle set. Takes a little more time, like maybe 15-20 more minutes, and adds a little more visual interest:
And the 3rd version is where I added Pretty Pink Posh 4mm Pink Blush sequins, Crushed Pineapple Stickles to the flower centers, and Clear Zig Wink of Stella to the pink frame. These additions give it some cute sparkle ‘n shine:
The colored images are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto X-Press It Blending Card paper, and colored with these Copic Sketch Markers:
- Monkey: E23, E25, E27 / E30, E31, E33 / R22
- Frame: R83
- Sky Background: BG0000, BG000
- Flowers: B21, B24, B26 / Y08
- Bananas: Y13, Y15, Y17 / YG25
Hope you enjoyed, have a GREAT week, and Happy Crafting!
