A Little Birdie Told Me
Hello MarkerPop! fans! My name is Danielle and I am very excited to be here as June Guest Designer! Today I get to share with you all a birthday card I made for a friend. She is an animal lover and requested soft colors. This is what I came up with:
I used a sweet Tiddly Inks image and colored her with my Copics. The gorgeous flourish is by Cheery Lynn Dies (left flourish). I loved it so much I had to use it twice. Even better would be to also use the right flourish if I had that one, too:) I added some flowers, a tile I made and used Distress Inks Tattered Rose to dye my seam binding. A little stitching around my card to finish it off and I was done!
The clouds were done using a cloud template I made, Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and a sponge.
Thanks so much for looking and I hope you will stop by my blog and say ‘Hi!’
Danielle:)

Love the card and your treatment of the image is delightful. However, the stamp you link to on Tiddly Inks is not the image on your card. I’ve looked through the whole store and cannot find it– do you have a better link or set name?
