Coloring Ribbon Tutorial & Snowman Card
Hi everyone! Samantha here! Since our weekly inspiration this past Monday was about custom colored embellishments, I wanted to incorporate that theme into today’s project. I decided to make a quick video tutorial on how to color your ribbon with your Copics. This technique comes in very handy when the ribbon in your stash just isn’t the right color. Also, it is a great way to stretch your crafty budget, just buy cream and white colored ribbons and you will be able to color them with any of your Copic colors for tons of possibilities!

This adorable snowman image is from the Tina Wenke collection for Stampavie & this stamp is called Snow Family.
I colored the image in with the following Copic colors:
W0, YR24, R46, R59, B91, B32, B34, Y35, G19, E31, E34, E35, E37, E50, E51, E53, E57, E59, E49
To accent my card, I used a decorative brad from the My Mind’s Eye Winter Wonderland pack.

Awesome card and tutorial. I use my Copics to color just about anything, including rhinestones, metal charms, ribbon (surprise, surprise!) and anything else that will accept the ink. Thanks for the inspiration!

I know I am a ribbon junky but this makes so much more since to have cream or white, and then color it the colors needed! Thank you for that awesome tutorial, and love your beautiful card!!
