Hello, Crafters! I can’t believe the end of May is next week! And with this being the last Thursday of May, this will also be my last post for MarkerPop. I want to thank MarkerPop for having me on their fabulous team; they are such a wonderful company, and I have enjoyed every minute of this journey with them!

So let’s move on to my card for the week! I am featuring lots & lots of Altenew products with this “Hello” card! The main feature of this card is their fun Painted Jellyfish stamp & die set. Here is Altenew’s Intro Video for this set:

Here’s the card I created using these fun multi-step stamps:

I stamped the jellyfish images with Altenew inks. For the green one, I used (light to dark) Bamboo, Olive, & Moss; these colors also all come together in a set of full size ink pads, and a set of mini’s, too. For the orange jellyfish, I used Sunkissed, Autumn Beige, & Velvet. You can get these colors when you combine the mini set Warm & Cozy with Red Sunset; there are also full size sets here & here.

The sentiment is created using Altenew’s Halftone Hello Stamp set & coordinating Die Set. 

For the background, first I spritzed 3 Altenew Shimmer Ink Sprays onto the paper (Lavender Fields, Sea Glass, Frayed Leaf). I let it dry, then I placed the Altenew Stone Wall Stencil over the background paper and spritzed it with Tsukineko’s Sparkle Sheer Shimmer Spray; it gives it a very subtle finish. You can see it in this photo:

My final touch was adding Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Cupped Sequins: 4mm, 6mm, 10mm.

I love MFT’s new stamp & die set, Purr-fect Friends! It’s such a sweet set, and really fun to color! I used this set for today’s card.

The images are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto X-Press IT paper, and colored with Copics.

The background scalloped oval is die cut using MFT’s Stitched Oval Scalloped die set, and the paper is from their Hearts & Stripes 6×6 paper pad.

My final touch was adding a few Pretty Pink Posh 4mm Cupped Fresh Mint sequins around the sentiment.

Hi Crafters! Valerie here! I enjoyed coloring this set so much, that I couldn’t stop at one card, so I made two! It’s the Mama Elephant Organic Blooms stamp set.

The first card features yellow roses, and it’s a “Thinking of You” type of card. And the second one, featuring pink roses, can be for any happy occasion, because it says “Happy Everything”!

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto X-Press It Blending Card paper (using my Mini Misti), and colored it with Copic Sketch markers (colors listed at the end).

I die cut the X-Press IT paper with the scalloped rectangle die from Mama Elephant’s Creative Cute Basic Die Set. Then I took the largest die from Lawn Fawn’s Small Stitched Rectangle die set and placed it on top of the scalloped die cut piece, and ran it through my Sizzix with all the plates set to make only any embossing of the die on the paper.

The card bases (the black piece and the light blue piece) are die cut using the largest die from Lawn Fawn’s Large Stitched Rectangle die set. The cute little banners are die cut using the small die from Lawn Fawn’s Extra Sentiment Banners die set.

All the sequins are Pretty Pink Posh: 4mm & 6mm Cupped Onyx, 4mm Cupped Marshmallow, 4mm & 6mm Clear Droplets. I painted all the tiny leaves with my Zig Clear Wink of Stella.
