Merry Christmas Tag

Written by jpascarella. Posted in Eye Candy (Projects)

Hello, MarkerPop friends! It is Jessi here today. I am excited to share with you my latest project. I paired up a couple different stamp sets with a super adorable paper pad for today’s project.

I decided to take a step away from cards and create a tag. I used the C.C. Designs Layering Tag dies and My Mind’s Eye’s Sugar Plum to form the tags.

I used one of the deer images from the Avery Elle’s North Pole Pals stamp set and colored it in with Chameleon markers. The image is then cut out and attached to the front of the tag. A simple sentiment is formed from the Lawn Fawn’s Frosty Fairy Friends stamp set and attached at the bottom of the tag. To finish the tag, a hole is punched at the top and twine is insert. The tag is now ready to be added to the perfect gift!

Markers used on this project: Chameleon’s NU1, NU3, RD4, BR2, BR5, YO3, YL2, CG8

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!

Thanks For Picking Me…

Girl Talk

Written by Valerie Ward. Posted in Eye Candy (Projects)

Hi Crafters! Valerie here today 🙂

Ok, call me a bad girl. A very bad girl. I’m digging into the recesses of my blog and using a project from a long time ago, from before I became a MarkerPop Girl 😉 It’s been a busy, busy week, and I just couldn’t get to a new project. SOOOOO…..

I also figured, since Paper Nest Dolls is sponsoring our Challenge this week, I’d feature a PND card today 🙂

Paper Nest Dolls

I stamped the image, Paper Nest Dolls Girl Talk,  onto X-Press IT Blending Card Paper with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink (yes, I used to be on the PND Team… hence, the PND name image in the corner!).

I used Copic Sketch markers to color this cute image:

Hair: E50, Y21, 26, 28
Shirt: BG11, 15, 18 / Y13, 15, 17 / R22, 24, 27
Pants: C00, 01, 03
Toenails: RV09
Phone: RV00, 02, 04
Ottoman: E55 44, 47
Ottoman Legs: E55, 57

The gorgeous Filigree Corners are by La-La Land Crafts. The paper is from the My Mind’s Eye 6″x6″ My Girl paper pad.

OK! Thanks for understanding, I promise I’ll have a fresh new one for you next week!
XOXO
Valerie

Michelle created these awesome cards showing FOUR different hair colors!  She stamped the Whimsy – Apple Blossom stamp in Memento – Tuxedo Black ink and colored her with her Copics.  All the Copics used are shown in the last two photos below.

The patterned papers are from the My Mind’s Eye – Sweetest Thing Tangerine 6×6 Paper Pad and the My Mind’s Eye – The Sweetest Thing Bluebell 6×6 Paper Pad.  There’s a variety of Cheery Lynn Designs dies used on the cards as well.

I love how all the cards use the same stamped image but they all look completely different!  That’s definitely a great way to get the most out of your supplies!
