Happy Birthday, Aunt!

Written by Kelli Cortes. Posted in Eye Candy (Projects)

Hi everyone, Kelli here today!  My aunt’s birthday is coming up so I thought I’d share her card with you!  All the stamping, besides the ‘aunt’, was done using the Tiddly Inks – Flying High stamp set.  This is an oldie but a goodie!  I love that cute little dog!  The main image is stamped in Memento – Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press It – Blending Paper and colored with Copics:
dog – C4, C2, C1
balloons – BV04, BV02, BV01, BG07, BG05, BG2, YG09, YG07, YG05
outline – B01, B0000
aunt – YG09, YG07, YG05, R39, R37, R35, BV04, BV02, BV01, BG07, BG05, BG02

I cut out the main image with a die from the Lawn Fawn – Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables die set.  The ‘aunt’ was stamped using the Lawn Fawn – Quinn’s ABCs stamp set and cut out with the coordinating Quinn’s ABCs die set.

The yellow patterned paper is from the Doodlebug – Kraft in Color (Color) 6×6 paper pad.  The card base is the Lawn Fawn – Cranberry Woodgrain Notecard.

Everything was adhered using the Crafter’s Companion – Adhesive Runner and dimensional foam adhesive.

I added a bow using Purple Crush Baker’s Twine to the lefthand side of the image.  The large pink, white, and blue sequins are from the Lawn Fawn – Hello Sunshine sequin pack.  The small purple sequins are the Pretty Pink Posh – 4mm Amethyst and the light blue is the 4mm Cornflower.

I finished everything off with some sparkle on the balloons and the ‘aunt’ letters using the Wink of Stella Glitter Pen in Clear.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a great day!  🙂

Jolly Holly Days

Written by Kelli Cortes. Posted in Eye Candy (Projects)

Hi, everyone!  Kelli here today with a quick Christmas card to share with you!  This one doesn’t have any Copic coloring, it’s just all stamping!  All the stamping was done using the Lawn Fawn – Deck the Halls stamp set.  I stamped various sizes of garland in three different colors of green.  I stamped the two pinecones in brown and then cut them out using the coordinating Deck the Halls die set.  The wreath and the pinecones were stamped onto X-Press It Blending Paper.

The white piece that has all the stamping was cut out using a die from the Lawn Fawn – Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables die set.

All the patterned paper is from the Pebbles – Home for Christmas 6×6 paper pad.  The card base is a Lawn Fawn – Walnut Woodgrain Notecard

Everything was adhered using the Crafter’s Companion – Adhesive Runner and dimensional foam adhesive.

I added a bow to the top of the wreath using the MarkerPOP! – Sweet Holiday baker’s twine.  To finish everything off I added some red rhinestones to look like berries.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a great day!  🙂

I cut the colored image out using one of the dies from the Lawn Fawn – Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables die set.  The snowflakes on the card base were cut using the Lawn Fawn – Stitched Snowflakes die set.  I am in love with these snowflakes.  They are definitely a winter must-have!

All the patterned paper is from the Pebbles – Home for Christmas 6×6 paper pad.

Everything was adhered using the Crafter’s Companion – Adhesive Runner and dimensional foam adhesive.

I tied a bow around the red piece using the MarkerPOP! – Sweet Holiday baker’s twine.

I added some Pretty Pink Posh – Cornflower 4mm Cupped Sequins around the snowmen to mimic snow.

To finish everything off I added some Wink of Stella Glitter Pen in Clear to the snowflake die cuts and the red colored parts of the image.

Hi Crafters! It’s Valerie here today, and  I have a Shaker Thank You Card combining 2 brands: Lawn Fawn, and the newest line at MarkerpopWinnie & Walter!

The sentiment comes from Winnie & Walter’s clear stamp set, The Big, the Bold, and You. I stamped it in Memento Rich Cocoa dye ink, painted it with my Zig Clear Wink of Stella glitter pen, and then heat embossed over it with clear embossing powder.
