Hi everyone! Monica here sharing this card using Altenew “Vintage Roses” stamp set.  Absolutely stunning set to work with.  I used Ken Oliver mixed media paper to stamp with a lot of Memento inks: Bamboo, Angel Pink, Elderberry, and used Lawn Fawn stitched squares for the card front. IMG_5757

Hi crafters!  Today I am sharing a card featuring a new release from C.C. Designs “Little Pixie Star“.  She is stamped on on X-Press IT blending paper and for a nice strong adhesive I used Crafter Companion Double Sided Adhesive.

I colored Miss Pixie with Copic pens: E000, E00, E11, R56 for her skin.  Her outfit is in: R12, R14, R17, B21, B23, B24 and B29 with a touch of C1.

If your looking for way to store all your stamps, I used some Stamp & Die Storage Pockets (Avery Elle)   they work wonderfully.  I hope everyone enjoyed my post and thanks so much for stopping by everyone!! Please don’t forget to check our challenges and you could be the next MarkerPOP winner!

Honey Bee

Written by Monica Edwards. Posted in Uncategorized

Hi crafters! Tody I am sharing Honey Bee clear stamp set by Honey Bee stamps ha! no pun intended. I was going for a simple fun card you can make in five minutes.  This is such a fun stamp set I love  how the stamps sort of look like a scribble, yet they have such an elegant look.

Honey Bee stamps

I stamped the flowers with Memento Tuxedo black ink on Bazzzill Classic Smooth cardstock in white in various places and then I colored just a few of the flowers in with sort of a scribble look to them in yellow since it is Honey Bee right?!!  I used Zig Clean Color pens to color the flowers.

Lawn Fawn

Hi crafters!  I used Lawn Fawn “Year Four” stamp along with the matching die.   I used Ken Oliver Water-Media paper to create a watercolor background using Kuretake Gansai watercolors with Prima Watercolor Brush pens. I used some tape to hold the paper down which helps the paper keep its form from the water.  Then mist water over the entire sheet and apply the colors you want for the background.

I then used My Favorite Things “Tree-mendous” die set to create a fun background.  The image is colored with my love “Copics” Hippo: C00, C1, C2, C3 the super cute bird perched in the tree Y08, Y19.

How to make a card

I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo black ink and used X-Press IT blending paper.

I hope everyone has enjoyed my post and thanks for stopping by!
