From the Herd!!!
Hello everyone.. Holly here today with a super cute interactive slider card featuring the new Farm Friends set from My Favorite Things. Before we get to the card details and a new video I wanted to remind you there’s still time to join our Copic 30th Birthday Giveaway!! You can find all the details in this post here. The contest is open until April 4th.
I started by die cutting a piece of Kraft card stock using the Large Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Frame Die set. Then I used the inside piece of the frame to create my scene on. I used a piece of the MFT Watercolor Wash 6×6 Pad for the sky and a piece of the MFT Graphic Grid 6×6 paper for the grass. I used the Rolling Hills, & Grassy Hills dies from MFT to create the scene as well. For the slider area I used one of the Surf & Turf dies and a Spin & Slide disc from MFT as well.
I stamped all the images onto some X-Press it blending card stock using Lawn Fawn’s Jet Black ink and colored them in with Copics. I used the coordinating die-namics and cut them out with my Big Shot. Then I adhered all the images to the scene. I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Neenah Solar White card stock. I adhered the image panel to a Kraft card base and added the Large Stitched Frame over it with some foam adhesive.
I used the following Copics: YG03, YG25, G07, Y11, Y13, Y15, C00, C1, C3, W00, W1, W3, W5, N4, N6, N8 , N10, YR04, R20, E000, E01, E02, E23, E25 & E27. 0 & Copics Sketch 0.3
Check out the video below for more details on how I created this card.
