Yeti Christmas

Hi there, Clare here today with a quick, super simple card!

I don’t know about you, but I am already super excited for Christmas, and the adorable Beast Friends by Birdie Brown from My Favorite Things was the perfect stamp set for me to play with in my excitement!

I started out by debossing Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Hillside Borders on my card base – it’s super hard to tell in this photo, but the texture is so nice in real life. On these hills, I adhered colored and die cut trees. I colored the trees using Pale Green and Light Green for the green, and Mid Brown for the bark. The lights are not part of the stamp, but are super easy to draw on using some Micron pens.

For my Yeti, I added Light Gray just to the very edges, and drew it out with some water, so I could have at least a little shading on the little guy. For his face and ears, I used Blue Gray and drew it out with water as well.

I topped off the trees and yeti with some Glossy Accents for the light bulbs, and finished the card off with a stamped sentiment. Super easy to send through the mail!
