Nuts & Bolts
Who would ever think robots could absolutely adorable! Well they ARE, and Paper Smooches made that possible with their new Nuts & Bolts stamp set & coordinating die set!
Valerie here today and I have 2 sweet cards (sizes 3 1/2″ x 4 7/8″) you could use for Valentine’s Day, or to just remind someone (maybe in their lunch box?) that you love them!
The papers come from one paper pad, the My Favorite Things 6×6 Homespun Gingham paper pad. I die cut the rectangle shapes with Lawn Fawn’s new Small Stitched 4 Bar Rectangle die set, and the Large set, too.
The hill is die cut using the arch die from Pretty Pink Posh’s Stitched Borders 1 die set. I stamped all the nuts ‘n bolts using Lawn Fawn’s Hippo ink, and then painted them with my Zig Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Pen.
The robots’ eyes are Pretty Pink Posh’s (PPP) 4mm Silly Eyes (so cute!); the sequins on the teal robot’s card are PPP 4mm Cupped Watermelon sequins, and the sequins on the red robot’s card are PPP 4mm Cupped Raspberry sequins.
I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press It paper, and colored them with Copic Sketch markers:
- Teal Robot: BG11, BG13, BG18 / C1, C3
- Red Robot: R12, R14, R17 / C1, C3
- Dogs: E23m E25, E27 / Spots: W00, W01 / Nose & Feet: C1, C3
OMG, I just LOVE this stamp set; it’s just precious and I can’t wait to use it again!
