Happy Haunting
Hello Crafters!
While I have had a fine time denying that summer is over and yesterday was the first day of Autumn, I found myself looking for Halloween costumes for my son. Yikes. Where did the year go?
My only solace is that the holidays are coming and I can still use bright colors for Halloween 🙂
With that in mind I started my card for this post.
I used two sets from Neat and Tangled, Halloween Scene and Graveyard Shift. Did you know we recently started carrying the Neat and Tangled line? Absolutely, love them 🙂
I did some ink smooshing in the background before coloring my scene up with my Copic markers. You can see it all in the video below.
In case you missed them the Copics I used are: BV23, C1, C3, C5, C9, Y00, Y04, Y08, V00, V01, V04, V09, YG01, YG03, AND YG17.
Also I lied in the video 🙂 The current challenge is Halloween. Haha! My bad 🙂

I am SO IN LOVE with this card!! The techniques you show in this video are fabulous (I sent an e-mail to the owners of MP hinting around that they really should have an embossing powder buddy thingee, AND the liquid frisket stuff in their shop!). Awesome design, and so fun for Halloween!

I love this Halloween card. I think the background is Super fun!!
I am a newbie to coloring so this tutorial does help. The bats are just too cute too spook. Super fun card!!
