Let’s Get Organized
Hello Dear Readers and Fellow Crafters! I hope you’re having a wonderful day!
I believe I might be the most scattered and unorganized person on the planet. I keep my life as simple as possible just so that I don’t have a lot to keep track of but let’s face it, even a simple life has to be somewhat organized. So today I have something a little different for you.
This is my planner and I love it, but sometimes I forget to use it (go figure). When I saw these Organized Life Planner stamps by My Favorite Things, I just had to have them. I was so excited to see that they actually fit within the little lines and squares on my calendar and daily planner pages.
These stamps make it so much more fun to plan and stay on top of things. I had a blast going through each day and filling in the pages with what is “supposed” to get done that day. Also, I couldn’t not use some of my darling Magnolia stamps and Copic Markers to decorate things up a bit. The Autumn Sunflowers are stamped onto X-Press It blending card with Memento Tuxedo Black by Tsukineko.
I even try to be organized while in the store. Since my shopping list is usually written down as I think of things, I put colored dots next to each item in relation to where they’re located in the store. That way I will know what I need to look for while in that store section. Green = Fresh Produce, Blue = Refrigerated or Frozen, Pink = Deli or Meat Counter, Orange = General/Middle, Yellow = Non-Grocery
Copic Markers Used – Sunflowers: Y11, Y13, Y15, Y17, YG93, YG95, E81, E84, E87, E89 Grass: YG03, YG61, YG63, YG67 Birthdays: R29, YR07 Y15, YG63, B91, V25 Grocery List: FBG2, FYG2, FYG1, FRY1, FRV1
FYI, we’re currently looking for June’s guest designer. If you’re interested, check out the post HERE with all of the details and don’t forget about our current challenge APRIL SHOWERS and for those details, click HERE. See you again soon!
