O Holy Night with Paper Smooches
It’s Valerie here today, and I have a Nativity Scene Christmas Card for you today!
This new Paper Smooches stamp set, Blessed Christmas, is absolutey precious; I made my first Christmas card with it for this post today! I also used the matching die, City Scape 1.
The curved top on the sky is die cut from the Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Borders 1 die set, and all the stich die cuts on the straight sides are from Paper Smooches’s die set, Stitched.
I created the sky with Distress Ink pad colors Black Soot, Shaded Lilac, and Stormy Sky; the inks are applied with my Ink Applicator.
All the black ink is stamped from my Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; the coloring is done with Copic markers onto X-Press It Blending Card paper. The adhesive I use is the Crafter’s Companion.
The Copic Sketch colors I used are:
- Skin: E000, E00, E11, R20
- Baby Jesus’s Blanket: E50, E53
- Mary’s wrap/clothing: BG01, BG02, BG04
- Joseph’s wrap/clothing: E70, E71, E74
Have a wonderul day, and “Hey, it’s almost Friday!”; happy Crafting!
